The appointment went much better than I expected yesterday. I attribute that to xanax. It took about 3 hours for them to do everything (build up the back bottom molars, build a shelf onto the back of my top front teeth and put on all the braces - minus the ones that went on 3 months ago). Life is settling back to normal somewhat. We finally booked our trip to PA in three weeks. I'd been putting off booking the flight until we knew how things would go with Grandma. I think I'm done with physical therapy. THe last 3 sessions they've spent trying to undo what was done in the first session. This last one the guy (the only person there who REALLY seems to know his stuff when dealing with TMJ/craniofacial pain) basically determined that every time they touch me they make it worse.
